- For the dressing
- ⅞ cup Mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsps Yogurt
- 3 Tbsps Ketchup
- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- ½ red pepper (finely diced)
- ½ green pepper (finely diced)
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- Chili powder
- For the salad
- 3 cups mixed salad (e. g. red endive, curly endive, iceberg, torn into pieces)
- 1 Mango (diced)
- 1 red pepper (finely diced)
- 8 large Prawn
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- crushed Red pepper flakes

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the mayonnaise with the yoghurt, ketchup, shallots, diced peppers and paprika. Season to taste with chilli powder and salt.
2.
Arrange the prepared salad ingredients on plates. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with chilli flakes and a little ground black pepper. Serve with the dressing.
