- 600 grams Yogurt (low-fat)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 carrots
- 2 Oranges
- 2 Tbsps chopped Pistachio
- cayenne pepper (to taste)

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the yogurt and honey in a bowl. Peel and finely grate the carrots. Add the carrot (minus 2 tablespoons for garnish) into the yogurt and mix well.

Peel the oranges thoroughly, making sure to remove the bitter white pith. Remove the whole fruit segments, catching any juice created in a bowl. Squeeze what remains of the pulp into the bowl. Mix half of the fruit with the juice into the yogurt. Divide the yogurt mixture into glasses.
3.
Garnish with the reserved carrots, orange segments, and the pistachios. Season to taste with a little cayenne pepper, and serve.
