2 Tbsps honey
1 Tbsp regional butter
4 tsps Hazelnut butter

Preparation steps

1.

Put buckwheat groats in a pot with the oat drink, stir and bring to the boil. Bring to the boil briefly, reduce to lowest heat and stir continuously for 1-2 minutes until a mushy consistency is obtained. Add more liquid if necessary. Set the pot aside with the lid closed.

Pears wash, halve, core, and cut lengthwise into fine slices. Heat honey in a pot, add pear slices and caramelize over medium heat for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.

3.

Stir the groats well again, add butter, divide into 4 bowls, add caramelized pear wedges and add 1 teaspoon hazelnut puree to each portion. Serve immediately.
