4 Tbsps vegetable oil
250 grams Snow peas
½ Oak leaf lettuce
60 grams Bresaola
80 grams Cherry tomatoes

Preparation steps

1.

For the dressing, mix the honey with the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and mix in the oil with a whisk.

Rinse the snow peas, cut off the ends and blanch for 5 minutes in salted water.

Drain, cool and mix into the honey dressing.

Rinse the lettuce, shake dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Arrange on four plates along with the dried beef.

3.

Rinse and quarter the tomatoes. Distribute over the salad, along with the snow peas. Serve drizzled with the dressing.
