2 fresh garlic cloves
4 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey
2 Tbsps Lime juice

Preparation steps

1.

Toast pine nuts in a dry pan until until golden brown.

Peel and grate carrots Rinse snow peas. Blanch in salted water for about 1 minute. Drain. Rinse basil, shake dry and pluck off leaves. Combine carrots, snow peas and basil. Arrange in bowls.

3.

Peel ginger and garlic, chop finely. Combine with vinegar, honey, lime juice, 1-2 tablespoons of water and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle dressing over salad and serve.
