½ Orange
1 tsp Vanilla sugar
200 grams cold milk
150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
Lemon balm (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the blueberries and drain thoroughly. Cut 2 thin slices from the orange. Finely grate the zest and squeeze the juice from the remaining orange.

Puree the blueberries, orange juice, and the vanilla sugar in the blender. 

3.

Add the orange zest, milk, and yogurt and puree briefly. 

4.

Pour the drink into two tall glasses. Place the orange slices on the rim of the glasses, garnish with the lemon balm, and serve.
