- 200 milliliters Grape juice
- 4 Tbsps Protein powder (from the pharmacy section)
- 300 milliliters cold Soy milk
- Lemon balm
- Berry (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the berries, then puree with the lemon juice and grape juice in the blender.

Add the protein powder and the soy milk to the berry puree and mix briefly. Pour the mixture into tall glasses.
