150 grams mixed Berry to taste (no currants)
1 Tbsp honey
300 milliliters milk
mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the berries. Drain well (reserving some berries for garnish).

2.

Puree the berries and honey. Add to a saucepan, and cook over low heat. Gradually incorporate the milk. Pass through a fine strainer to remove the seeds. Add to a mixer, and beat until fluffy.

3.

Transfer into glasses,  garnish with the whole berries and mint, and serve.
