- 750 grams Bell pepper (Red, green, yellow)
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 small branch rosemary (or 2 teaspoons dried)
- 50 grams sun-dried, in oil Tomatoes
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp Vinegar (Preferably red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar)
- 100 grams black Olives (pitted)
- 150 grams Feta
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Slice bell peppers into quarters, remove the seeds and rinse under running water. Cut the peppers into chunks. Peel the onion and chop coarsely. Rinse rosemary and strip off the needles.

Slice sun-dried tomatoes into strips and heat the oil in a large skillet. Add bell peppers, rosemary and onions and sauté for 6-8 minutes. Season with pepper and vinegar. Add olives. Cut the feta cheese into chunks and mix into the vegetables. Heat again briefly and season with a little salt.
