Bell pepper (1 each red, green and yellow)
2 red onions
200 grams mild Feta
2 Tbsps Wine vinegar
4 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
Lettuce

Preparation steps

1.

Cut bell peppers in half, remove the seeds and ribs, rinse and slice on the vegetable slicer into thin strips. Peel onions and cut or slice into thin rings.

2.

Mix bell peppers and onions in a bowl. Crumble the feta and sprinkle over vegetables. Stir together vinegar, oil and salt and pepper to taste and drizzle over salad. Toss with lettuce leaves and top with freshly ground pepper before serving.
