Preparation steps

Cut cheese into bite-sized pieces. Peel and halve the garlic. Rinse bell peppers, trim, remove seeds, remove ribs and cut into strips.

Rinse herbs and pat dry. Layer all ingredients in a glass jar and pour in oil, ensuring that all the ingredients are covered. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 1 week.
