- For the salad
- Frisée
- 1 little yellow and red paprika
- 1 Tomato
- 2 Red onions
- 100 grams black, pitted Olives
- 100 grams Feta
- thyme
- For the dressing
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp sharp Mustard
- 5 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt
- freshly ground pepper

Preparation steps
1.
For the salad, rinse frisee lettuce, bell peppers and tomato. Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces and cut bell peppers into cubes. Slice tomato into eighths. Peel onions and cut into rings. Arrange everything on a large platter. Distribute olives, crumbled feta cheese and thyme leaves over salad.
For the dressing, stir lemon juice, honey, mustard and oil together in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste and pour over the salad.
