- 6 slices Rye bread
- 7 ozs thinly sliced Roast beef
- 8 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp whole-grain Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp creamed Horseradish
- To garnish
- Chives
- Arugula (leaves)
- 2 tsps peppercorns (lightly crushed)
- Sea salt
Preparation steps
1.
Trim the crusts off the bread and cut each slice cut into 4 squares.
2.
Mix the mayonnaise with the mustards and horseradish and spread over the bread squares.
3.
Top with roast beef and garnish with chives and rocket. Sprinkle with peppercorns and sea salt.
