- 0.333 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsps prepared, white Horseradish
- 4 slices Rye bread (may substitute your favorite)
- 6 slices deli Roast beef (thinly sliced)
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- ¼ cup Dill Pickle (drained)
- 2 Lettuce
Preparation steps
1.
In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise and horseradish together.

Spread the mayonnaise mixture on one side of each bread slice. Top 2 of the bread slices with roast beef and season to taste with salt and pepper. Place a layer of pickle slices over the roast beef and top with lettuce and remaining bread slice. Cut each sandwich in half diagonally and serve.
