50 grams clarified butter
1 ⅕ kilograms Beef (for goulash)
5 onions (diced)
3 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 ½ Tbsps Pastry flour
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 pinch marjoram
Caraway
2 Tbsps paprika (sweet)
1 ½ liters organic Beef broth
500 grams Zucchini (trimmed and chopped)
200 grams button Mushroom (trimmed and chopped)
2 Red Bell pepper (trimmed and chopped)
2 green Bell pepper (trimmed and chopped)

Preparation steps

1.

Cut beef into 1.5 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) cubes.

Heat butter in a pot and fry diced meat in portions on all sides until golden brown. Add all meat back into the pot. Add diced onions and garlic cloves and fry for 5 miuntes while stirring. Dust with flour and sprinkle with spices and herbs. Add broth, cover and simmer for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add bell peppers, zucchini and mushrooms and simmer for another 20 minutes and season to taste. Serve immediately.
