Beef and Bean Filled Tortillas
Rinse the beans, transfer to a blender and puree, season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a skillet, add the meat and saute until crumbly and no longer pink, season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Rinse and quarter the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Rinse the lettuce, spin dry and cut into strips.
Briefly heat the tortillas in a hot pan and cover with the beans, ground beef, tomato, lettuce and cheese. Fold and serve.
