- 500 grams peeled Tomatoes (canned)
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsps honey
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Sweat in a pan with the oil. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15-20 minutes over medium heat.

Puree with an immersion blender, season to taste, and serve in bowls.
