Pre-heat the barbecue to hot.

Rub the corn with the olive oil and season well.

Barbecue for 20-30 minutes, turning frequently until soft yet slightly charred.
4.
After 10 minutes of cooking the corn, arrange the chipolatas on the barbecue and cook for 10-15 minutes until browned and cooked.
5.
Arrange a few sprigs of rosemary over the top of the corn once cooked and serve with the chipolatas.
