Put the oil in a small pan and crush the garlic into the pan. Add the chilli and fry briefly. Add a pinch of curry powder, the honey and peppercorns. Deglaze with the orange juice and tomatoes and simmer gently for around 10 minutes.
Mash the mixture slightly with a fork and stir in the mango. Season with salt, ground black pepper and a pinch of cumin. Remove from the hob and leave for the flavours to develop.
Meanwhile grill the sausages on a hot barbecue (or in a pan) on all sides for around 10 minutes.
Spoon a little of the tomato and mango sauce on four plates and place the sausages on top. Serve with a bread roll.
