- 20 small Sausage
- 1 Tbsp runny honey
- 2 Tbsps Chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp mild Mustard
- 1 Tbsp clarified butter

Preparation steps
1.
Fry the sausages in the clarified butter.

Mix together the honey, chilli sauce and mustard and brush the sausages with the mixture. Fry for another 1-2 minutes, then serve on preheated plates.
