Baked Endives Wrapped in Ham
Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).
Drizzle 1 teaspoon oil in the center of each piece of parchment paper.
Rinse, trim and pat endives dry. Season with some salt and pepper and wrap each with a piece of ham. Place and endive in the center of each piece of parchment paper.
Fold parchment paper over endives and seal. Place packets in a shallow, ovenproof dish. Bake on the second rack from the bottom, about 20 minutes.
