50 grams sugar
1 packet Vanilla sugar
2 eggs
30 grams Semolina flour
1 generous pinch Baking powder

Preparation steps

1.

Clean raspberries and blackberries. Rinse blueberries carefully and pat dry. Spread berries in a well-greased deep dish or in a large baking dish.

2.

Whisk mascarpone with milk, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add eggs and mix well, then fold in semolina mixed with baking powder.

3.

Spread cream onto berries and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (gas mark 3-4, fan: 180°C) (approximately 400°F) for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven, cool and serve.
