1 packet Vanilla sugar
1 Tbsp Raspberry liqueur

For the berries
200 grams Raspberries
100 grams Blackberry
100 grams Currants
200 grams Blueberries
200 grams Strawberries
2 Tbsps Red currant jelly
4 centiliters Currant juice

Preparation steps

1.

In a bowl, stir together the mascarpone, sugar, vanilla sugar and liqueur until well combined. Refrigerate. Coarsely chop the pistachios.

For the berries: Strip the currant from their stems. Rinse all berries, hull the strawberries, and pat dry. Slice the strawberries.

3.

In a saucepan, melt the redcurrant jelly with blackcurrant juice and orange juice until smooth. Place the berries in a bowl and pour the marinade over tossing to coat and marinate 30 minutes. 

4.

Spoon the mascarpone cream into 4 glasses, serve with the marinated berries and decorate with pistachios and powdered sugar.
