1 Tbsp large Mustard
1 Tbsp grapeseed oil
1 Tbsp White vinegar

Preparation steps

1.

Halve the bagels, and spread with the cream cheese.

Top the bottom halves of the bagels with the smoked salmon.

3.

Peel the onion and slice into rings.

Mix the honey, mustard, grapeseed oil, dill, and vinegar until thoroughly combined. Drizzle over the salmon and top with the onion rings. Finish with the top halves of the bagels and serve.
