- 200 grams cream cheese
- 100 grams Crème fraiche
- 1 tsp Horseradish
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- 200 grams Smoked salmon (sliced)
- black, freshly ground peppers
- Arugula (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Slice the bagels horizontally and toast until golden brown. Let the bagels cool slightly.

Mix the cream cheese, creme fraiche, horseradish, and lemon juice until thoroughly combined. Season with salt and spread onto the bagels. Top the bagels with the sliced salmon, then sprinkle with pepper.
