- 2 Avocados
- ¼ cup Yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 organic lemon
- salt
- White pepper
- Basil (for garnishing)

Preparation steps
1.
Slice the avocados in half. Remove the peel and pit. Coarsely chop the flesh.
2.
Put the chopped avocados, yoghurt and peeled garlic cloves in a food processor and finely puree.
3.
Remove the zest from the lemon and slice in half. Reserve two pieces for garnishing and squeeze the juice from the rest.
4.
Stir the zest into the guacamole. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
5.
Fill a small bowl with the guacamole. Serve garnished with the lemons pieces and basil.
