Chunky Avocado Dip
for 4 servings
- 2 ripe tomatoes (peeled and diced)
- 2 ripe Avocados (pitted, flesh removed and mashed)
- 2 scallions (thinly sliced)
- cayenne pepper
- lemon juice (to taste)
Mix together all the ingredients and transfer to a small bowl. Serve with tortilla chips.
