1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Juicer, 1 Teaspoon

Preparation steps

Rinse celery root and peel. For a garnish, cut 1 thin slice and set aside. Coarsely dice the rest.

Rinse fennel and coarsely chop.

Rinse arugula and spin dry. Rinse endive and roughly chop.
