Preparation steps

Wash and halve the apricots, remove the seeds and cut the apricots into halves. Cut open half the vanilla pod and scrape out the pulp. Put pulp in a pan with the honey and the apricots and fry over low heat for 3 minutes.

In the meantime, spread both slices of bread with goat milk cream cheese and season with a little salt and pepper. Wash the rosemary, shake dry and pluck the needles. Spread apricot slices on the bread slices, sprinkle rosemary needles over them and serve.
