4 sour Apple
lemons (juice)
1 Tbsp Ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp sugar
1 egg yolk
2 Tbsps milk
3 Tbsps Almond slivers

Preparation steps

1.

Thaw the puff pastry pieces. Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Rinse the apples, peel, remove the core and cut into wedges. Mix the apple slices with lemon juice. Mix the cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle over the apples.

3.

Divide the apple slices on the 10 pastry circles. Fold the edges of the pastry towards the center and press the edges with a fork. Mix the milk and egg yolk and brush over the pastries. Sprinkle with almonds. Place on the baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, until golden brown. Serve decorated with powdered sugar.
