Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Butter four individual soufflé cups.

Whisk together the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon until fluffy. Add the flour, salt, baking powder, quark, and milk to egg mixture and mix well.

Rinse the apples, peel, remove the stems and cores, and cut into small pieces. Drizzle with the lemon juice.

Divide the apples evenly among the soufflé cups, top with the clafoutis batter, and bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes to bake.

Serve warm.
