1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Tablespoon, 2 Small plates, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Blender, 1 Glass

Preparation steps

Rinse orange in hot water, wipe dry, cut off 1 slice and reserve. Squeeze juice from remaining orange and transfer 1 tablespoon to a small plate.

Place about 1/2 tablespoon chopped almonds on another plate. Dip the edge of a serving glass in the orange juice, then in the chopped almonds and set aside.

Combine the remaining orange juice and almonds with the soy milk, yogurt and almond syrup to taste in a blender and puree briefly. Fill the prepared glass with ice cubes, pour in the almond smoothie, garnish with the orange slice and serve immediately.
