- 250 grams Sweet cherry
- 1 small Banana
- 200 grams nonfat Kefir
- 1 Tbsp Almond butter (Health food store)
- 1 tsp honey
- some fresh Peppermint

Preparation steps
1.
Save four cherries for garnish. Cut the remaining cherries and remove the stems. Rinse and remove the pits. Freeze the cherries for about 2 hours.

Peel the banana and puree. Add the kefir, almond butter, and honey.
3.
Remove the pitted cherries from the freezer and puree in a blender. Mix with the banana mixture. Garnish with peppermint and cherries. Serve immediately.
