50 grams butter
150 milliliters Whipped cream (min. 30% fat content)
1 generous pinch organic Lemon peel (grated)
1 pinch freshly ground Nutmeg
slivered almonds (for garnish)
fresh Dill (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Grind half of the almonds, and finely chop the remaining half. Melt the butter in a small pot. Sauté the chopped and the ground almonds, and mix in the cream. Bring to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.

Mix in the lemon zest and the nutmeg. Place in a bowl, garnish with the almonds and the fresh dill, and serve.
