- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 Tbsps Hazelnuts (toasted and chopped)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- lemon juice
- parsley (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Whip the quark with the cream until smooth.
2.
Rinse the zucchini and grate coarsely. Mix into the cream along with the nuts and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Spread the zucchini cream on whole grain bread slices and serve garnished with parsley.
