- 2 Tbsps butter
- peppers
- 2 ozs Vegetable broth
- Fresh herbs (for garnish)
- Parmesan (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the linguine in plenty of salted water. Rinse the zucchini, cut lengthwise into thin strips and cook in butter. Pour in broth, season with pepper and cook for 3 minutes.

Drain the pasta and mix with the zucchini. Serve garnished with herbs and Parmesan.
