Preparation steps

Peel the kiwis and cut into quarters and then into slices. Cut the mango flesh into cubes or slices. Rinse the peaches, cut in half, and remove the seeds. Reserve a portion of the peaches for garnish and chop the rest into small pieces.

Mix the yogurt with the quark. Mix the honey, vanilla, coconut, and lemon juice into the quark. Whip the cream until stiff and fold gently into the quark. Fold in the fruit. Evenly distribute into four glasses and garnish with the peaches. Serve immediately.
