Punch with Tropical Fruits
Peel pineapple and dragon fruit, trim and cut the flesh into bite size pieces.
Rinse the star fruit and cut crosswise into slices. Peel the orange thoroughly with a knife, taking care to remove the white skin, cut in half lengthwise and cut crosswise into slices. Peel the lychees. Layer the fruits in a bowl. Boil the lemon juice with the sugar and 500 ml of water in a pot. Rinse and halve the lemongrass. Slit the vanilla bean lengthwise. Peel the ginger. Put everything with the other spices into the pot, simmer for about 5 minutes and allow to cool. Pour the wine and the cooled syrup of the fruits into the bowl. Cover tightly and refrigerate. Can keep chilled for about 3 days.
