- 300 grams Pineapple
- 1 Banana
- 50 grams Alfalfa sprouts
- 2 slices Crispbread (with sunflower seeds)

Preparation steps

In a bowl, stir the yogurt with the maple syrup.

Peel the pineapple and cut into pieces. Peel and slice the banana. Place the yogurt in a bowl and top with the pineapple and banana. Sprinkle with the sprouts. Serve with the crispbread.
