- 200 grams Alfalfa sprouts
- 1 handful Purslane
- 4 slices Prosciutto
- 4 Crab claws (cooked and shelled)
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps grapeseed oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 thyme

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse sprouts and purslane and drain well.
2.
Mix vinegar, lemon juice and oil in a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Add sprouts and mix well. Pour into glasses and top with crab claws. With scissors, cut ham, purslane and thyme sprigs to decorate and serve.
