50 grams black Olives (pitted)
500 grams Ground beef
1 egg
2 Tbsps chopped parsley
breadcrumbs (as needed)
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 Tbsp dried Italian Fresh herbs
breadcrumbs (if necessary)
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
4 lg slices Bacon
1 Avocado
1 Tbsp lemon juice
4 Ciabatta
4 Tbsps Ketchup
1 handful Sprout (such as Alfalfa)

Preparation steps

Peel the onion and chop finely. Chop the olives into small pieces and mix into the ground beef with the onion. Add the egg, parsley and breadcrumbs, as needed. Season with salt and pepper. Add the herbs and form into 4 burger patties. In a skillet, heat the oil and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking. Fry the bacon.

Peel the avocado, pit and mash the pulp coarsely in a bowl with a fork. Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Split the rolls in half and top with the bacon, avocado, ketchup, burger patties and sprouts. Serve with brochettes, if desired.
