- 400 grams Whole Wheat Spaghetti
- salt
- 2 handfuls Dandelion greens (approximately 50 grams)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 grams Pine nuts
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- Parmesan (as desired)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Rinse the dandelion greens, and pluck small or chop.
2.
Peel the garlic and chop finely. Heat the oil in a skillet and the garlic until tender. Add the dandelion greens and toss briefly. Toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet until lightly browned and transfer to a large bowl. Drain the pasta, and add to the bowl along with the dandelion greens and the pine nuts and toss well. Season with salt and pepper and arrange on plates. Serve to taste with grated Parmesan.
