- 500 grams whole-grain spaghetti
- salt
- 80 grams Dandelion greens
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 40 grams Pine nuts
- 1 splash dry white wine
- freshly ground peppers
- 40 grams freshly grated Parmesan

Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.

Meanwhile, rinse the dandelion leaves, spin dry and chop coarsely. Peel garlic and chop finely. Fry garlic in a hot pan with oil along with pine nuts until light golden brown. Deglaze with wine and let simmer a little. Toss in drained pasta with dandelions and season with salt and pepper.
3.
Arrange pasta on plates and serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
