Mayonnaise (For brushing)
200 grams Cottage cheese
1 yellow Bell pepper
1 lemon (juiced)
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Cut chicken breasts into strips.

2.

Rinse bell pepper, cut into quarters, remove seeds and ribs and cut into strips.

3.

Toast whole wheat bread as desired, let cool slightly and brush slices with mayonnaise. Cover four slices with lettuce, chicken and bell pepper, cover with cottage cheese and season with salt and pepper. Cover with some lettuce and place remaining slices of toast on top. Serve decorated with parsley leaves.
