- 2 Tbsps scallions

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the carrot and cut lengthwise with a vegetable peeler into strips.
2.
Slice open the buns and spread the bottom halves with cream cheese. Distribute the carrot strips on top and shower with chives and pepper. Replace the top halves of the buns and serve.
