Whole Wheat Bead with Turkey, Brie and Tomato
Cut the roll in half and spread with mayonnaise.
Roll up the turkey and place on the bread.
Rinse the tomato, remove the core, cut in half and slice. Slice the brie and layer with the tomato on the turkey. Top with coarsely chopped Thai basil leaves, sprinkle with salt and pepper and top with the remaining roll half. Cut in half crosswise and serve with lettuce and additional tomatoes if desired.
