- Lettuce (to taste)
- 2 Tbsps cream cheese
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Avocado
- 8 slices smoked turkey breasts

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the rolls in half. Spread cream cheese on the bottom halves.
2.
Rinse the lettuce leaves and pat dry.
3.
Rinse the tomatoes, remove the cores and slice.
4.
Peel the avocado, cut in half, remove the pit and cut into wedges.
5.
Top the rolls with lettuce, avocado, tomato and turkey breast occupy. Replace the tops and serve.
