2 hardboiled eggs
1 Tbsp Sherry vinegar
1 tsp Mustard
3 Tbsps Orange juice
3 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse dandelion, shake dry and tear off leaves and flowers. Pluck watercress from stems.

2.

Mix vinegar in a bowl with salt, pepper, mustard, orange juice and oil. Peel eggs and chop. Mix dandelion leaves, dandelion flowers and watercress leaves in a bowl and then arrange on plates. Drizzle salad with orange juice mixture cover with chopped eggs. Serve immediately.
