2 Apple
lemon juice
3 handfuls Watercress (approx 70 g)
250 grams Cottage cheese
3 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
50 milliliters Apple juice
salt
peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and core the apples and cut the flesh into thin columns. Drizzle with a little lemon juice. Rinse and trim the watercress and dry shake.

Crumble the cottage cheese in a bowl and mix with the oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.

2.

Mix everything together and serve in bowls.
