1 bunch Watercress
2 Apple
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 stalks Celery
150 grams Crème fraiche
2 Tbsps Ketchup
½ tsp Mustard
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp Orange juice
1 generous pinch Chili powder
salt
freshly ground peppers
300 grams fresh shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2 Tbsps olive oil (for frying)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse watercress, drain and cut stems. Rinse apples, quarter, remove core and cut into small pieces. Mix immediately with lemon juice.

Rinse celery and cut into 1/2 cm (approximately 1/4-inch) thick slices.

Mix creme fraîche, mustard, oil, ketchup, orange juice, and chili powder together to make a salad dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Fry shrimp in hot oil on all sides for 2–3 minutes. Let cool slightly.

5.

Arrange watercress with celery and apples on plates, drizzle with dressing, place shrimp on top and serve.
